Homegrown Recap: December 15, 2021 – Netflix Must-Watchs, Nikki Learns Cribbage & Our Go-To Board Games
  • Interact w/Homegrown: What is your go-to board game?
    • Nikki likes Scrabble, Cards Against Humanity and Scattegories
    • Brent likes Cribbage and Drawing Without Dignity
    • Since Nikki didn’t know how to play Cribbage, Brent found a deck of cards, and school was in session.

  • Happy Birthday to Trivial Pursuit – the hardest board game known to man!

  • Last night was the season finale of The Voice. Brent spoiled the outcome on the air, but we won’t do the same here.

  • Country Music Calendar Spotlight: On this day in 1955 Live at Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash was released.

  • Good news for skiers and snowboarders. The mountain passes are getting snow and the conditions are looking good. Check out our Les Schwab Pass Reports often for the most up-to-date information.

  • Tim McGraw has a number of great movies under his belt, and one of them is Netflix’s number two most-watched title right now. The Shack, a 2017 spiritual drama film stars Tim McGraw and Octavia Spencer, and we’re not sure why it’s so popular right now. But it is sitting just behind Sandra Bullock’s new film, The Unforgivable.
