A Whale Shark Sizes Up a Kayaker Fishing in the Pacific Ocean

This happened in April, but the video is making the rounds now.  A guy in a kayak was fishing off the coast of Panama when a massive whale shark approached his boat.  The encounter was filmed on his helmet cam.

The guy tells someone nearby that the shark is checking him out.  He probably didn’t know that whale sharks don’t attack humans.
