A new poll found you need THREE THINGS for the perfect workspace.
The ideal work environment has a nice selection of plants . . . lots of bright colors . . . and “decorative stationary.”
That last one means your pens, notepads, and other office supplies aren’t just there for you to use. They also make your space look good.
The poll also found the average person has five plants at home.
The top reasons we buy houseplants are because we find them calming . . . they add color . . . and we feel like they improve indoor air quality.

(“The Atlantic” did a big article a few years ago though that said the air quality thing is just a myth. Houseplants don’t really clean the air in your home very much . . . like, almost not at all.)
