Good News: Vintage Vase From Thrift Store

Jessica Vincent, a horse trainer from Virginia, stumbled upon a valuable vintage vase while browsing a Goodwill thrift store. After researching the piece, she discovered that it was a rare Murano glass vase produced by the renowned glass company Venini. Vincent eventually sold the vase through an online auction for an impressive $107,100. The vase was part of a collection created in 1942 and only a few of the vases were ever made due to the difficulty of the manufacturing process. Vincent’s vase is one of only two known to exist in its form and color combination.

… Vincent plans to use the money from the sale to install an HVAC system in her farmhouse and hopes that the vase will someday end up in a museum.
