Wenatchee Valley Humane Society Adoption Days

Wenatchee Valley Humane Society is hosting the Adoption Days on Friday, June 30^th– Sunday, July 2.  Waived adoption for all dogs over 40lbs and reduced adoption fees by $25 dollars for others! Firehouse Pet Shop will be giving away treat bags, drawing baskets, coloring pages and Dooley Dogs will be on site on Sunday, July 2 from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Thanks to many donors and community volunteers, WVHS now has a beautiful backyard with spacious grass areas and places for the animals to enjoy.  For the first time, the backyard will be open to the public to watch dogs play and run in two different groups at the specified times below.  The public can watch and see the larger breed dogs who have been waiting to be adopted for over two months. WVHS is hopeful the public will see how the animals interact so they will quickly find their forever homes!

Backyard Playgroups:

Saturday, July 1^st          11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 2^nd           11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
