An Instructional Video From the 1940s on How Girls Can Be Pretty

We found an old film that was made for high school girls back in the 1940s.  It features a matronly woman giving advice about daily exercise, proper diet and grooming, and getting “beauty sleep”.

There’s ZERO diversity, but that’s no surprise.  The main point is not being obsessed with being “pretty.”
