Here are some NOT-so-serious stories we’ve seen about the coronavirus outbreak . . .
1. A hug is safer than shaking hands when it comes to spreading coronavirus, according to a virologist in Belgium.
2. Since lots of people went for long stretches without driving their cars, there’s been a big increase in RATS and other animals making nests under their hoods and causing serious damage.
3. A distillery in Australia had to recall one of its brands of gin after they realized the bottles were actually full of hand sanitizer.
4. A video is going viral on Twitter of a guy at a casino in Vegas smoking a cigarette while wearing a mask.

5. The pandemic helped cheap domestic beer come back from life support. People HAD been gravitating toward imports and microbrews . . . but when the pandemic hit, they wanted the cheaper prices and large pack sizes of the domestic brands.
