Thousands of Birds in a Houston Parking Lot

There’s a bird called the Great-tailed Grackle. People in Texas joke that they’re the “Official Bird of Houston.” They’re in the news because they’ve been gathering in massive flocks that look like scenes from Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds”.
One video making the rounds shows thousands of them taking over an entire parking lot in Houston.
