This happened last week but it’s making the rounds now.  Somebody shot video of bystanders rescuing a woman who was trapped inside of her car on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.

The video starts with the car about halfway under water and two guys trying to figure out how to get the doors open.  And then a third guy with a tire iron swims out to help break the windows.

They pull her out of the car just as a rowing crew comes by and tosses life jackets into the water . . . which is good because the car goes under soon after.
