A Woman Who Was Forced To Shorten Her Fence Gets Revenge by Painting it Neon

This is pretty great malicious compliance. A woman in Georgia who was ordered to shorten her fence due to county rules got revenge on the county (and neighbors) by painting the fence BRIGHT NEON colors. The county apparently has no rule against that.
