The website BabyCenter.com does a list each year of the most popular baby names. This year’s top names were Olivia and Liam.
But those lists are based on people who’ve already had babies. So this is more like a teaser for NEXT year’s list . . .
Google Trends looked at the top baby names we’ve been googling over the past year. And Olivia is still number one, but Liam didn’t even make the top ten for boys.
The top-trending girl names are: Olivia . . . Autumn . . . Everly . . . Isla . . . Naomi . . . Ariana . . . Amelia . . . Eliana . . . Mila . . . and Aria.
The top boy names we’re currently googling are: Luca . . . Aiden . . . Kai . . . Caleb . . . Maverick . . . Levi . . . Jaxon, spelled J-A-X-O-N . . . Jaxson again, but spelled J-A-X-S-O-N . . . then Logan in 9th . . . and Hunter in 10th place. (Gotta love that Jackson spelled the normal way didn’t make the list.)
