Homegrown Recap: January 19, 2022 – Free COVID tests, Girl Scout Cookies & It Takes A Village
  • Interact w/Homegrown – Who is the person or people in your life that are always there when you need them!
  • The Omicron variant is not messing around. We hear the apex of this surge will be around February 1st, but until then, it seems like everyone is getting sick. Nikki is feeling the affects, since her mother-in-law who watches her infant son in the early mornings before the daycare opens, has come down with COVID. To add insult to injury, Trenton’s daycare is closed the rest of this week because of sick teachers. This brought up the topic of “it takes a village”, and Nikki feels grateful to have some really great people in her life that don’t blink an eye when she needs a little help (from her friends).
  • Also, you can get 4 free at-home COVID tests by visiting COVIDtests.gov
