Here are a few more good news stories making the rounds . . .

1.  A guy in Chicago has been going around to different street vendors and buying ALL of their tamales, so they don’t have to stand out in the cold all day.  Then he gives them to homeless shelters.

2.  Two garbagemen in Louisiana saved a 10-year-old girl who’d been kidnapped this week.  They saw an Amber Alert come through . . . noticed a car in a field that matched the description . . . and used their truck to block the only exit until cops got there.

3.  A homeless guy in Hawaii stole a bunch of tools from a construction site, but came back three days later to apologize.  So the owner gave him a job.

4.  Just in time for Valentine’s Day, someone returned a woman’s wedding ring 48 YEARS after she lost it.  She lives in San Antonio, but dropped it in the snow outside her grandparents’ house in Chicago in 1973, and never found it.

The woman who lives there now dug it up while gardening and posted a photo on Facebook.  Then two people at her local historical society saw some initials inscribed on the inside, and figured out whose it was by looking at old property records.
