Here are a few more good news stories making the rounds . . .

1.  It’s Ash Wednesday, and a priest in Connecticut came up with a great idea.  He’s encouraging people to give up “negativity” for Lent this year.

2.  A small town in Oklahoma called Wagoner doesn’t have any homeless shelters, and people were worried about the cold weather.  So the owners of a cannabis lounge are letting anyone stay there to get out of the cold.  They’re also handing out blankets, food, and other supplies.

3.  There’s a couple in Chicago who goes to the same restaurant each year to mark the anniversary of their first date.  And they celebrated their 20th last week by leaving the staff a $2,000 tip.

4.  And if you needed an extra reason to do something nice . . . today is National Random Acts of Kindness Day.
